Some plans will drop from any expo. Other plans will only drop from a specific expo. Casino related plans only drop from TE, Aquarium related plans only drop from MSG.

Same thing happens in The Pitt.

Only where you go. Pitt plans drop from the Pitt, while Jersey plans drop in Jersey.

For the plans? Yes it does for the stamps? Just go for the Expedition Atlantic city tax evasion caus it's short, easy and get the most stamps out of it in a short time.

Do the Atlantic City expos. You can grind the stamps a lot faster with them and they aren't cancer like the Pitt expos.

You also get one plan upon expo completion per day, I believe it is. The system will see what plans you have so you don't get awarded duplicates.

As long as you aren't constantly looking at your stamp totals, they add up fast enough if you do a few expos each day. You can do each expo pretty easily in around 10-15 minutes solo. If you have others with you, you can do them even faster.

It's one free plan per reset week on the first successful 100% completion of an Expo.

Has the free weekly plan stopped? or is it only given when in a group?

Get a free weekly plan on the first perfect completion of an Expedition after the weekly reset.

However, if you have no more free plans available for the particular expo you ran, you will need to do a second perfect run in an expo where you have available plans.

You can check the link I posted above to see what plans come from the AC expos. Or you can go to Guissepe and see what plans are left to learn.

This is odd because I have 12 plans left to buy/learn and for the past 2 weeks I have completed Atlantic City (all 4 ticks) and no free plans.

just one day later which is not a week. correct

Plans as rewards are once per day, this doesn't mean you'll get them when you meet the requirements it only allows you to have a chance to roll them as part of the rewards. But it is once per day, now does this carry over from one expo to another, I couldn't say for sure, I have never really looked into it.
