Lucky draw or what?
Random legendary usage on my new chainsaw for my firebreather build that finally hit lv 50 (not playing as much as I used to). So using random RNG and I got what looks like a PERFECT set of chainsaw mods - https://i.imgur.com/zct2FTw.jpg

So, did I just get dumb lucky or are these mods not great for it?

Not a melee expert, but seems pretty good. I'd personally rather something other than AP on kill.

Hi,

I became a chainsaw freak.

You are just lucky, this is one of the best sets.

Alternative to "Breaks 50% slower" would be weight reduction, but, IMO, i prefer weapons durability.

If you have the perks to maximise the repairs, it will have allmost a double durability that lasts 50% more. And it can be more with other perks that give durability bonus.

@AlexSledge :
Maybe, but the chance to get Vampiric + 50% Durability with a better two stars perk is kinda risky, better save your legendary upgrade tools :p

The trick to making a good piece of equipment better, is to stop rolling that one when you get good. Then go find another base model of the item and reroll that till you get one better than your original. Swap that new piece over into production, and then reroll the first one.

That way you never take a good item and turn it to garbage without having something better already.

Chainsaw is at the Pit Stop in that back shed, and at the Robot Battle in the back room by exit.
I have a Anti-armor +speed that does 86? Bloodied also does more, but I also have stood there getting beat by enemies because of no AP so that is good. But good armor will negate that. Definitely use Slugger for more power and the Melee less weight and swing faster "Strength" perk cards. Also agility? for Sneak attack with Melee bonus damage. That Sneak attack with ranged weapon works great for rifles, even on #1 level. Use a Melee Serum and Legendary Perk for Melee exploding?

Seems nice. Fed76 price states:

Quick vendor sale price is probably around 1000.
Finding right PC buyer could yield 2000-3000.
Niche buyers could pay over 7000.

Yes !

This morning i had 6 upgrades to do for my "prototype Flamer"...each one was worst than the previous...better luck next time. i look for a Vampiric/?/Weight reduction draw as i will use it mostly on Bosses, so i have enough durability bonus with other datas.

Well since my build is going to use the chainsaw, selling it is out of the question.

Well, if you're a melee build and you want a weapon that can deal damage and keep you alive, you got it.

West-Tek re-rolled people until they got a first gen.
