Herdsman's Bell Rack?

Is this a separate drop or is it supposed to unlock when you get your first bell and bugged with the stein display? I've got bells, but no rack.

Yes separate drop. I got the bell early on and then many Fasnachts later got the bell display rack.

Also according to others even though these are not tradeable they can drop again and all you can do is destroy them.

I love RNG mechanics that actively screw you over.

Even more moronic is that the bell and rack plans are untradeable and don't stop dropping after learning them. :P

After awful new games being rubbish have gone back to old games will never buy a new game until after 2 years maybe,,

Tired also of dropping $100 Can on a game..cough Star... and tossing it on "maybe later" pile. Here there are at least enough events to jump in and either grind or just build or even work on gear. Jump to ANYTHING with one click on the map, just fast play when time limited. Opinions may differ :)
