They're pretty common. The plans aren't worth anything substantial. 100 caps just cause that's the default pricing.

You can just get the plan for weaponized nuke cola at Nuka-World On Tour for NukaCade points. Doing the events for core, the NukaCade points just pile up, and buying & reselling those plans is generally what I do. Sometimes I mix it up and get one of the CAMP items, but mostly the grenades.

I do run WT a lot and seen those plans drop in there a lot same as all other Nuka related grenades plans.

I've killed a lot of super mutants, but I haven't caught a single one yet
