Report a translation problem
There were ways to do good damage, at least it looks that way on some videos. I think it's to do with Tesla bracers or rusted knuckles and dot.
In my experience it never worked, things would fall over a few seconds after you've ran past...
It's more of a scaling issue. It does a small fixed amount of damage, 50 I think. As mobs get higher in level that small damage is resisted and hardly any gets through.
But it's kind of fun or at least silly. Pain Train just seems a pain.
