DLC and what do I get?

I'm a bit confused, the FO76 Website lists a lot of DLC content, from "Wastelanders" to "Skyline Valley" (which should arrive tomorrow). But i can only buy "Atlantic City"? I came back to the game some days ago after I played on release for some time and left ... so, what do I need to get the content packs? The game plays fine so far and i want to enjoy the whole experience.

They aren't actual DLCs, they are themed cosmetic extra packs. All game content is included in base game.

After reading how Starfield is nickle and diming players there with the DLC, thank the Todd Almighty FO76 is still sticking to it's free model.

The Steam page doesn't differentiate between actual DLC and other things you can buy. It really needs to be updated.
