Adrenal Reaction still good without Class Freak?

I'm trimming my mutations down a bit in an attempt to get rid of Class Freak and am wondering if the -50 hp makes Adrenal not worth it? Should note that I am low health and plan to sue Serendipity/Dodgy(maybe)/Ricochet

All my toons have Adrenal Reaction, Speed Demon, Marsupial & Chameleon and never used Class Freak on any of them.
