Boy Scouts kill insects. Which Bloodbugs can produce Bloodbugs’ peck items?

I'm stuck, I'm killing hundreds of Bloodbugs, but none of them have the Bloodbug pecks required for the quest.

All bloodbugs have a chance of dropping the proboscis, but it isn't a guarantee one will do so. You could get one from the first bloodbug you kill, or it could be the 100th.

I think I should ask them if they drop before killing them.

Be careful, I don't know witch language you use, but in mine, the item's name has a wrong translation, so for this quest I scraped the item several time before I understoud what was his real name

Yep bro, I also think this is a translation error.

I used the Chinese version and he translated it as“吸血虫的啄”

Keep all the items that mention "blood" and try to finish the quest. By te way, if you use fallout first and go to your scrapbox, the item will not be directly scraped, you need to scrap it manually. That's how I figured out it was needed for the quest.
