Can you enter the Enclave Research falcility after finishing the Quest?

Finished the brotherhood of steel questline, and tried to go back into the enclave research base, but am stuck in the elevator?

Yes you can. Use the elevator and press open door button, it's above the lit button and very easy to miss.
