NPC's around Vault 76 randomly die from nothing...
The NPC's at Gilman Lumber Mill and Settlers Ridge just randomly die.
I can just hear them die when there is no enemy or anything around.
They just drop dead as if I smell so bad that it exceeds the oxygen they are able to inhale.

It's a ruff life and world out there. Best to not leave the vault. Okie Dokie.

Nobody really knows why that is, but at some point all NPC's just drop dead and respawn, i think its to prevent them from bugging out so a new copy gets spawned. You can also watch that in Whitesprings with the Bots.

Who needs a plague walker serum. We have 76ers that haven't showered since the bombs dropped.

Mobs have a life span.

I noticed this only happens on Public Servers. On Private, they just chill. I kept thinking the reason they died was someone was running around murdering them just out of sight but they seem to drop dead when you're not looking in their direction. Which is extra creepy.

Lol nah. Though shadowing players is not particularly hard by any means - always check your six :VBOY: If you run any pursuit will have to visibly leave chameleon sneak to run after you - otherwise the sleek mods for leg armor allow players to keep up with you while remaining in stealth. *If they're using stealth boys they're fully derped and hopping servers is best; a lot of players will shadow you for benevolent causes, especially when you're low level; wasting stealth boys to do so instead of giving the stealth boys to said noobs is a dead give away to a weird-in-a-bad-way shadowing.

The mobs are just refreshing. On private worlds you don't have an extra 16 players running through other cells and spawning a ton of other mobs.

I noticed the first time I played 76 on PC. I got down to the lumber mill down the hill from the Vault. Walked in, saw a number of nopcs just milling about, turned around to leave, changed my mind, turned back around, and at least three nopcs were dead on the floor. No death sounds at all.

Had a funny moment last weekend with my buddy, we were at the sawmill with Lane for a little bit and I said I was surprised the npcs were all alive still. we're both on workbenches and hear a single "ugh!", without looking I said "there they go". he gets off the bench and discord is silent. a few seconds later he goes wtf did you do?? lol

I've seen the prospector in the river in front of my camp scream and drop dead in front of my eyes.

Now I in no way encourage malicious trolling.

That said if anyone can figure out the timing on this, you can officially claim the mantle of Death Wizard to all noobs. Just hang out at the mill and let out an evil cackle each time they're about to RIP.
