How to get tresure maps?

You server/vendor hop. Specifically searching for people who own over 100k misc items. When you see that, its likely all treasure maps priced at 1-5 caps.

I think all regions spawns T-45/60 plans, with most being Mier and Cranberry Bog region. But I could be wrong. Are you looking for any specific plan?

Well, I'm specifically looking for a basic armor plan. I only have the right leg for the T-45 and the head for the T-60 (plans). I'm sure this leg comes from the treasure. I know they're not the best armor, but let's just say it's a fetish in my case. I want to have them in a display case - handmade.
