How long does it take to order atom shop items from support?

First, you have used the official drop down list?
They don't do stuff outside of that list period.

Assuming you did, then you get the automated response, usually right away, telling you the amount of atoms needed in your account and if you are ok with them taking them for the specified item.

You need to respond to this, confirming it.

Then it can take anywhere from a day to ???, currently they seem to be overrun by lots of stupid questions so they take a while - currently waiting the 4th day now and have updated my ticket so they don't autoclose it (ONLY do this if the time runs out or you may get bumped back in the queue), we'll see how it goes, I'm not going anywhere.

But yeah, usually 1-2 days,. at the moment though it really looks like they have too few people and too many requests of all kinds to counter that.

After you submit the request, you get an e-mail from them asking if you want to get the item requested. Just answer back yes and you'll get the item a day later.
4-5 days max

last time i messaged them was the same day to do the I confirm to take atoms out of my account

I've always gotten my stuff the next day, but I feel like support is lacking right now. I've waited several days just to get an update on atoms I'm missing.

The time varies depending on the queue. My recent purchase through support took 7.25 days. Just don't update your post, as others have said. It's silly that doing so puts you to the back of the line, but it does, so avoid that.
