Can i recharge Plasma cores?

As far as i know, no. But if people are selling them the price should be between 25 to 100 caps a piece. So its fairly easy to get.

Not really. You can use them to craft (fully charged) ultracite plasma cores, but you can't recharge the normal plasma core itself.

I drop the ones I find in my inventory onto the ground, because they weigh to much to keep for selling.

Fusion cores can be recharged if you have the charger from atom shop. Plasma can't be recharged. I have a couple in my vendor for 25c and have yet to sell them. I also don't find them very often.
I also have fusion cores for 25 and they only occasionally sell.

I ended up dumpling a bunch of the fusion cores in a donation box at Foundation yesterday just to get them out of my stash for some extra room.
