I apologize for being a broken record but I still don't get the gross inflation of player vendors. What's the point? We max out at 40,000 caps. I start getting close to 40k and go buy serum recipes from MODUS or something just so they aren't going to the landfill. Who is so desperate for caps that they need 5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 caps for everything they sell?

Well..., try to sell. I've seen people right here on these boards complain that they server hop and never find anyone to buy anything. Well, maybe slash your prices and perhaps some stuff will sell? I frequently sell stuff, but I don't mark stuff up. I sell everything at half the game's listed value. People buy it, frequently.

I think I have around 33,000 caps again. Let's say I go in and mark up all my stuff. Let's say someone actually goes and buys a few things. They buy something for 5,000, so now I have 38,000 caps. Another player buys a plan for 10,000. I hit 40,000 and 8,000 go to the trash. I just wasted 8,000 caps. I didn't get them and the other guy lost them. They're gone for nothing. They're gone because I pointlessly marked everything way up.

I honestly really don't get the logic.

they want you see all their plans or their camp
Most of player are awesome here but there are a few exceptions
I was lucky when I was a lower level I had many player give me items or weapons
I try to give items to lower level players each day
and yes there where a few higher level players who attacked me and just yesterday a player waited for me to die when I ask for help so they could take my items
which I had just bough from a flying camp that closed down after I bought flux and I crashed to the ground
learned a lesson no more flying camp vendor for me
but it just a game

Well truth is that caps are worthless, economy is ruined and after all best sets and weapons are BOP only, so there is rly no point of using any market in this game or building camp when you had whitespring resort, along with insane junk/ammo drop ;)

I think it´s a nice addition for the camp, i like the looks. Also it´s good for pre war food challenges. Otherwise i don´t touch the dog food either.

Nah i wont, takes too darn long time to add each other and travel to the server you are on and go to you camps and put in the wagon, aint worth the 29K caps TBH.

Imo people should try and sell their items at what ever price they think seems fair, if 40K caps seems fair to you there you go.
It aint the prices that makes the community horrible.

I go out of my way to help new players and I keep my prices in my vendor at a fairly cheap price and I agree I see people charged alot of caps at times for plans that I get boost the looks of your camp but don't justify the price they are asking plus we have to remember there are people in the item value community that set the standard price that certain plays are trying to follow and will argue that that is what they are told by these peopel that run the item and plan value community.
