How many fusion and ultracite fusion cores do you guys keep?
I use power armor full time and also use an ultracite gatling laser as my weapon. I have 100 regular and 400 ultracite fusion cores. Is this overkill? Lately Im having issues with stash space. How many do you guys keep on you and stash?

I carry 5 cores on me and I have 8 fusion cores generating back at my CAMP. So far so good as long as I remember to swap out cores before they expire. I have never run into an issue with running out of cores. It seems I spend more time backpack management then I do exploring so I am at my CAMP quite a bit to swap out my used cores for fresh ones.

how do you get 8? i thought only 4 charge at a time. Or can you have 2 changers?

A few, almost never use PA and I don't like the gun they power.

cores for my power i have around 193 on my character thats for me and my guns.

Around 30 usually.

And i also would like to know how to charge 8 cores at once.

I keep five cores and sell any extra I get. I don't really need five, as I normally have one recharging while I'm using one and just swap them. Basically I just need a third to swap out for the partially-drained one until I swap that for the recharged one. I just do five "just in case."

I'm a regular Power Armor user. I usually have 4 normal fusion cores, 1 on me and the other 3 stashed or charging; however, I don't use weapons that require fusion cores.

It all depends on your build and the way you like to play :VBOY:
I always have 200+ FC with me read in my inventory. Prefer to have them in my inventory then in my stash caus in my inventory their weight is then almost zero.

I use / burn FC a lot but since i have the FC charger it is no problem, even without the FC charger? I can charge my FC within seconds.

Equip the Electric Absorption Legendary perk card (when in your PA), go into any silo and let the laser turrets hit you then your FC will be charged within 5 sec.

Then get out of your PA, take out the fully charged FC and put in a low charged FC and get hit again with the laser turrets. Do this till all your FC are at 100%.

Just a hint / tip that you never ever have to run out of your FC's.

You can leave charged cores on the fusion core generator. It only charges 4 at a time though but my other charged cores are accessible through the generator.

20 cores on me, a couple charging in the thingy which I still find to be overkill. I rarely drain one fully even without power user equipped. Granted I don't use VATS and I don't use the gatling weapons, tried them and didn't like them.
I´m running arround with 6 cores and have about 60 in my stash.. but im gonna change that. Keeping 4 on my person and 12 in my stash.
It´s just not worth it to hold onto them. The weight is the big downside.
On a normal day i just use 1-3 cores and switch them at 25%. So it´s just 2,5 cores a day and i just load them at my camp. It´s not worth the weight if you dont have the mod for the powerarmor that reduces the weight of them.

only 42 fusion cores but:

1.296 nuka grenades and 1.485 nuka cola

3 in my right hand, and 3 in my left hand.

Power Armor user here (with the Electric Absorption legendary perk card). I keep 13 cores on me, 4 more are in the fusion core charger and the last 23 are in my stash. All in all I normally keep 40 fusion cores in total.

I can respect your dedication to both nuclear destruction and the greatest beverage ever created in the history of mankind.
