When or how do i unlock the most sensational game in expeditions?

So lately i have been focusing only on Brotherhood quests and now i jumped on expeditions, but mostly because i have to do the daily challenge. Wiki says i should talk to Veracio Cruz but when i come to where hes supposed to be, he isnt there and therefore i have no idea how am i supposed to complete that challenge if its not even available.

What do i have to do?

Have you done responder reborn? Have you talked with the guy in the tourism booth inside the refuge? He’s in the same room as Sophia.

I have done all the quests to the point where i unlocked expeditions. I have also done like two or three missions for the family that has a junkie daughter. Right now im about to go back with that junkies brother.
Im simply asking when do i get to talk with the guy that lets me start that daily challenge most sensational game.

When you select the Boardwalk from the Map, you have to select the Expedition. You don't start it by just going to the AC like the quest or to walk around.

I thought by clicking on the start new expedition would start a team in which people would join which i didnt want to.

Ah, teams are only created from the social menu.

I know that, but i thought that clicking on start new expedition would create a team too.
