support tickets taking very long to go through

last week i submitted 2 support tickets, im in no rush really but does it usually take this long for bethesda to get back to you? my tickets were just atomic shop requests so nothing imminent jsut camp stuff and a collectron.
Has anyone else dealt with these tickets taking so long?
PS: i have responded to them with a consent to remove atoms from account.

Usually you get an email the same day letting you know they received and most likely they will get back to you the same day or next. I think it said 24-48 hrs I'm not sure but usually it only takes a day.

They seem to be either super swamped or hardcore understaffed lately, they are taking days and days and days now.

The first response is automatic, by the way, it's likely no human has even seen your request yet.

ticket system is VERY wonky right now... I put in a request yesterday, and this morning the latest one on the list was back from 2020 (I have submitted multiple since, some which were resolved/closed, 2 which were still open awaiting response of as of last night)

So I put in another, and checked 5 min ago and the latest one (the one I did to replace one of the 2 from yesterday) is there still, but the most 'recent' one before that is back in 2020.

IDK if some mod was rando-deleting everything or there was some weird issue, or if I am somehow just being blocked from seeing anything from 2020 to yesterday, but ya, the ticket system is weird and borky right now.

When you update a ticket before they ask for input, it moves the ticket to the back of the line.

If you put in two tickets about the same thing. They delete the oldest one and leave the new one at the back of the line.

the 2 I've done in the past couple weeks took 3-4 days each. Though i've had ones in the past take up to 2 or 3 weeks.

You should expect a min of 4 business days and up to about 8. It's absurdly slow, even for important refund issues.
