Where to get Enclave Plasma mods?

I'm told that the only place the mods themselves spawn is in vendors in Watoga (both trainstation and shopping center), the Mire (so, berkley station), and the various stations along the Savage Divide. Is this true, or can I find the mods for this gun elsewhere? I just want to get a sight, dangit, lol

as far as I remember you can find them in the whitespring bunker

You are informed correctly, those are locations for loose mods.
Supposedly you can find them as world drops too.

Chances are very low though, your best bet in my experience is to server hop until you have the parts you need, provided those can be dropped or appear in the vendor lists.

I believe different regions have different parts too, for example you get barrels from the Watoga and sights and stocks from the Harper's Ferry bots (again, my experience).

After grinding for EPG stuff for the past several months, I've found the following in the following locations;

White Springs Bunker - Modus Production Terminal
There's always up to 2 complete guns. I focused on finding a gun with at least the reflex sight, and the stabilized stock as a starting point. Once I had that, I starting grinding to find the other box mods for the gun. Box mods were NOT available here.

Watoga - Dropped Connection
The only event I've completed where a full EPG will occasionally drop. Again looking for weapons with both reflex sights and stabilized stocks. I've never received a box mod drop from this event. Most of the time the gun drops aren't anything special. Many of them without even the reflex sight. However, I actually had a gun drop ONCE with those two mods as well as the Aligned Flamer barrel.

Watoga NPC Vendors, both Phoenix at Super Duper, and the Train Station
Grinding these vendors continually eventually allowed me to purchase almost all of the barrel, capacitor/tuners, and some sight box mods, (like scopes).

Berkeley Spring Train Station Vendor
Grinding this vendor continually eventually allowed me to purchase most of the stocks/grips box mods, as well as the Reflex Sight box mod.

Cop a Squatter Event in the Cranberry Bog
I had read another player mentioning they had actually received an EPG box mod drop from this event and I was surprised to have it happen to me as well. The box mod was in fact the reflex sight.

My only advice is that I believe these are still the locations with the highest success rate for finding these parts. I was able to find some barrels in Berkeley and a reflex sight in Watoga, but I wouldn't waste my time searching anywhere else.

The bulk of the mods I have came from Watoga. A very few came from other stations/vendors along the hockey stick, but were all lesser/crap ones (i.e. long NV scope).

I've gotten guns themselves primarily from the bunker, with a few from Dropped Connection events in Watoga or Harper's Ferry.

That's it from my experience, regardless of wikis/reddit discussions have told me.

for the mods Berkeley spring has been my most successful place followed by both vendors at wataga but I have found them on shelves around the pleasant valley sky lodge back trail and in the lodge itself and at both vendors there
at on a shelf on 3 floor ft defiance

sigh, look, did a dataminer or a dev tell us they spawn in vendor lists?
bc if a player simply sells em there to make room, we wouldnt know.
only ones the game verified gave me was from watoga dropped connection and the bot stop event near watoga.
never got any elsewhere or saw em in vendors.

I see them rarely in the Watoga vendors. But I buy them when I do.

"Dropped Connection" event is a good way to have an alredy modded Enclave Plasma gun.

Me, I wait to roll attributes on Enclave Plasma rifle until I have find what I want (mods).
