i don't get it why delete adding the actual board for the scoreboard artists getting to much love sense they nail everytime? it can't bug thus it cannot be?
also the page layout is whack no thanks. it was fine before

think they going to time gate these new quests to dailies like blue ridge ?

Not necessarily - I looked long and repeatedly at that segment and after my initial misgivings, I decided this is a good thing.

With how much filler garbage the season boards always had that I personally at least will never, ever use, this seems like a great option to just skip all that and only take the things I actually want.

Just need to see how tight-fisted the ticket payout really is, but this could potentially be better rather than worse.
From the video, which of course doesn't mean much, it seems we will be able to just "finish" the season as before to access the bonus rewards, so I'm not too concerned at this time.

I can already hear 75% of the community saying "quests-story lines-Lore-what the crap, I just want to blow stuff up and get big guns and Xp rank". I'll have to sell some cows and chickens to keep being a whale on this game. Took me 15 seasons to figure the scoreboard out. Gonna have to dig out my old Accounting programs just to keep track of pages or binders or notepads of awards. Maybe just change the new money to BITCOINS-Honey, get my accountant on the line, need some investment advise..

For those too lazy to watch, I will abstract the two biggest changes to the Season system:

- Now instead of grinding 3k-ish Score points for the last level and pressing ONE button to CLAIM all rewards at once you have to ALSO grind TICKETS to purchase each last item SEPARATELY.

- For board lovers, yeah those boards are gone, now you get some other display item instead of those (showcased in the video).

I have been playing MMOs since 95-96, it's always the same thing when these things happen. These changes are not for your benefit if anything due to new ownership it's a way to collect more funds from the players for worthless reskins.

Doubt all you want, but you'll find out.

Yep, Pay and get them then grind and pay and get them and pay to get allot of the stuff you did not pick the the first time. Kinda like a mini Atoms store on each page. Daddy Mole better get another job.

No, it did claim that, but I bet the atoms as rewards is going to disappear or greatly be reduced, this would explain the new currency.
(More likely be done away with, to force people to pay into it)

Yep, they will most likely give you a few of the new ones on the new "Note Pad". Just enough to make you have to grind for the new goodies. Just like stamps, still have only been able to grind just alittle on that so far. Did 3 Vault raids last week with My toons and now I'm grinding for Bullion for their last piece's of T65. (Did 4 last month for all the Union Armor). My Dog is going to have to learn to play my 2nd account or She will become an outside Hound Dog.

No, players that do not have FO 1st will be able to use Atoms to by a Season Ticket that allows them to collect the FO 1st items that are in the Seasons.

I don't know how to feel about the way they want to go about Seasons, I loved how they do scoreboards but I also don't like how seasons are simply done and then move on, the music from the previous event doesn't get put anywhere, the game board is left somewhere to sit in the files if it isn't deleted to save space. You may be able to see the rewards you can earn but to me it looks like they took the season rewards and spread them over several pages instead than a single page. The backgrounds look okay, though personally, as someone interested in modelling stuff, I'd probably prefer the backgrounds for things related to that and not for decorating a CAMP. I am saddened that they chose to go this direction though we really don't know if it will be a good thing or not until it drops, but I doubt many are going to like the change just down to how the Scoreboards look before versus after the next patch, nothing stopped them from making a post-war scoreboard beforehand other than saying "It has to look like a board game". There was nothing stopping them from making it a bunch of pictures with some cool graphics as you follow a bunch of icons along the larger "Board" that create a more interesting image that maybe tells a story if you were to see the whole board in a wide shot.
