Acid?
Need acid so I can make fuel for my flamer. No one seems to sell fuel or acid. Love the flamer. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Easy to find in world. Abraxo is a good start, as are any dead bug parts.

Probably nobody selling right now cause during fasnacht we were getting 50-70 per hourly event and prices plummeted

You can use the ammo converter machine to get cheap fuel, throw trash ammo and turn it into fuel.

Bug parts drop acid (bloatfly gland, stingwing barb, bloodbug proposcis etc...)

Butterfly sanctuary is a free acid farm (if you buy it with atoms)

The workshop (hemlock holes maintenance) got x3 acid extractor but be careful with forced pvp.

Some camp spots in the toxic valey for acid deposits for free acid extractor.

Moonshine Jamboree's event got toxic gulpers that drops glands/hands which are acid.

Some junks like antifreeze, abraxo cleaners can give acid.

Hope these tips can help you. :lev:

ACP and MJ both give lots of acid. (flamer fuel too).

Was not aware of butterfly sanctuary, will purchase right away. Thanks for your info.

700 atoms only have half of that, will have to wait a while.

Have not seen any worth buying sense 73. Most likely cut with Radaway or Diluted Stimpaks. I have the Butterfly Sanctuary but no Net-where's the net.

First camp I went to tonight the person had 1200 acid for $1 each. Great find. Again thanks everyone for their contribution.

Snallygasters give acid. Flooded trainyard in between Watoga the SBQ area has 8 of them i think.

Will go and kill them,

As mentioned already, another thing to strongly consider is the ammo points ammo converter machine.

You toss in all your unwanted ammo like .38 and .44 for example and you can convert it into any other regular ammo like flamer fuel. I have my machine always full with 100k points so i can take out heaps of flamer fuel at any time. Or any other ammo i might need to use like plasma for plasma flamers.

It is tedious to use as the interface is slow and only works in preset amounts, you cannot just dump all unwanted ammo in one go sadly. However it is great for those who do not have Fallout 1st as it is a large ammo storage that does not take up stash space.

to expand on this, you can farm steel (pretty easily by just breaking down dropped weapons with scrapper on), craft railway spikes, and convert those into points and then those points into whatever.
easy way to do *something* with all that steel

Dang, man. I sell fuel, electrocarts and fiddy cal. I've been looking for a place to set down that's in a heavy traffic zone, but not likely to be blocked by someone else when I log in!

might not be your style, but when i want to move merchandise i switch to a camp just north of the normal SBQ fight, just a minimal design with stash, vendor, tinker/wep benchs. and then i drop a nuke, once everyones done shopping after the fight i serverhop and repeat. works really well if your prices are good
