Purchasing Brotherhood Recon Armor vs Secret Service Armor: I'm Confused

I have purchased SS Armor arms and legs from Reg. But lately, I've wanted to purchase Brotherhood Recon Armor arms and legs from him. The problem is that unlike the SS Armor limbs being listed as (for example) "Secret Service Left Arm" or "Secret Service Left Leg", there is no equivalent listing for (for example) "Brotherhood Recon Left Arm" or "Brotherhood Recon Left Leg".

Does Reg not explicitly sell Brotherhood Recon Armor limbs (but only the mods)?

I'm confused...

Brotherhood Recon armor plans are daily ops drops, Regs only sells mod plans for them, not the armor plans.
