Depth of Field and Borderless
Anoyone figured out how to actually disable DOF or make borderless actually work with alt-tab and stop messing with the resolution?

fDOFBlendRatio=0

and other suggested changes to the .ini don't work.

Can't help you with alt-tab-thing, mine works exactly other way around and using fullscreen and alt-tabbing messes up the resolution. :P But DoF can be disabled with fDepthOfField=0

Running the resolution the same as my monitor is what works for me, but sometimes it just decides to mess with me anyway because "it just works". I have noticed though that whenever I have the game at a resolution that doesn't match my monitor Windows tells me that the res is unoptimised. If I click the popup it tells me (or used to tell me, I haven't clicked it in a while) my optimum resolution and I just change the game res to match.

I don't run borderless as I get much better performance with Full screen, so I can't help with that i'm afraid.

I have however been playing with no DoF and no blur effects for a long time now. Well over 2k hours. I could not stand the blurry smeared graphics everywhere so I went about removing it as much as I could. I also run a slight sharpening filter from Nvidia overlay to help restore some sharpness to the textures. Looks pretty good now.

The command fDepthOfField=0 is not enough to fully turn it off. What you need to change is listed below. If any lines are not present in your ini you will need to add them. First 2 settings are optional as they are not specifically for blur but I found they improved the graphics for me.

[Display]

bVolumetricLightingEnable=0 (Optional)
bSAOEnable=0 (optional)

fDOFBlendRatio=0
fDOFMinFocalCoefDist=999999
fDOFMaxFocalCoefDist=99999999
fDOFDynamicFarRange=99999999
fDOFCenterWeightInt=0
fDOFFarDistance=99999999

[ImageSpace]

bDoDepthOfField=0
bLensFlare=0
bDoRadialBlur=0
iRadialBlurLevel=0
bDynamicDepthOfField=0
bMBEnable=0
bScreenSpaceBokeh=0

I was looking for HBAO+ like FO4 and found the above thread which mentions a reshade. I don't use it so I don't know if it works or not.
