How do I use the "Secret Service Armor Underwear" and the "Groknak Costume" at the same time?

I cannot use just the skin... and it looks ridiculous.

How do I fix this?

I dont have it but the wiki classifies it as a Outfit, which means it goes over most clothing and is just cosmetic - it shouldnt interfere with the underarmor at all. (im wearing the SS underarmor and the imposter sheepsquatch outfit, which hides my actual armor and the under armor as intended)

Ummm, but the SS Underarmor imrpoves stats and is not just cosmetic if upgraded.

Shouldn't this be fixed?

I dont see what the issue is? you are able to wear outfits over underarmor and armor, thats part of the game

Yes, but the underwear gives better stats if you upgrade it via fluxes.

It has been hotfixed somehow! Now I can use the skin over the "Secret Service Armor Underwear"! Praised be Bethesda!

It must have been a very specific bug for you as I have been wearing SS under armor with costumes for months.

Same here, I have been wearing an outfit over my SS under armour for like a year. Must have been something specific for your character. Nothing has been hotfixed. Probably logging out and back in fixed it.

I upgraded it with some fluxes and now somehow it works. :) Thanks anyway!

there are bug with parts showing trough, i guess you had that one , also look at hands , there will be plastic part of gloves
