The punchbowl is part of the Vendor/Display case problem they're trying to fix. Be glad its down, people could accidently drink your legendary items when trying to drink the Nukashine you put in there.

Is nukashine the only thing people put in them? Why not some water or nuka colas? Can they just spam click it?

The Icebox uses the stash and is sorta like the vendor too.

Inb4 they 'remove stashes from the game'.

That punch bowl got me to the other side of the map when the effects worn off, dude i was like lvl 11 and i got to a place where there were like lvl 26 bugs and ♥♥♥♥, almost died
