Decided to craft the prime capacitor for plasma caster - and now I can't find the suitable ammo for it. I've read you're getting the recipe simply cia buying the capacitor plan from Reggs - is it true? Or is there any other source to get this item?

Nope, it's not there
Found out I need to loot the prime capacitor for plasma rifle from SBQ in order to get this ammo type
