Atoms from 1st

Hey. Why the atoms from last month sub comes when I renew the subscription and not before it expires? It happened right now. It expired yesterday or today in the morning and I was waiting for the atoms and never arrived. Now, once I renewed the sub, atoms instantly delivered. WTH?

Yeah that's because they are trash at using the steam paid systems. This goes down for me whenever I have it renewed through steam directly.

So, how do I resolve this problem to recieve them before sub to expire and not recieve them at renewal....

So, every time you paid for a sub, before it expires, you recieve X amount of atmos, ok? The thing is I didnt recieve them BEFORE the sub expires. I recieve them AFTER I sub for a 2nd month. As it is now, you pay it twice to recieve them once. Got it?

No, when you pay for a subscription you should get the atoms almost instantly (if not contact support). Never once should you get atoms anytime after the sub, or before it ends. You paid for it, you get it.

Now, if you are having issues with the atoms never being added, contact support.

If people got it instantly it would be considered pay to win. Instead it's more like a life-jacket on a boat. If you need an emergency injection of atoms you'll get some by subscribing to fallout 1st. Overlapping subscriptions don't count tho, so the initial caps get queued until there's a window it won't overlap. Trying to make atoms that way is a much more inefficient way of doing it.

Tbf, it is almost instant if you buy a month at a time; if you have it recurring each time the due date happens and the purchase has happened its an almost instant gain of atoms.

For the yearly, the atoms will be deposited each time exactly a month spaced apart.
