If people got it instantly it would be considered pay to win. Instead it's more like a life-jacket on a boat. If you need an emergency injection of atoms you'll get some by subscribing to fallout 1st. Overlapping subscriptions don't count tho, so the initial caps get queued until there's a window it won't overlap. Trying to make atoms that way is a much more inefficient way of doing it.
For the yearly, the atoms will be deposited each time exactly a month spaced apart.
