Firebreather build.

Ok, so I'm bored and started a new alt. As I was doing it I had the idea to be thematic and run as a Firebreather. I did the quests and finished the Belching Betty so I now have the set for the looks (and gas mask for toxic areas). My plan was to run with a fire axe or a chainsaw once I get one for my level. I wanted to do the auto axe instead but 500 stamps from expeditions? As the Joker said about taking on the IRS - "Noooo THANK you." As a ranged weapon I was thinking of the Cryolator. AL:WAYS wanted to try that out.

As for perks, aside from the standard crafting ones. what would you think I should use ultimately?

Oh, I forgot to mentiont hat I WAS thinking of a flamer/Holy Fire since I have one on my main that I never use, but that would be the opposite of a firefighter and I did not want to do a Fahrenheit 451 build.

Cold Shoulder or Crusader Pistol with Cryo ammo might be good.

There's a ton of team-benefit perks in Charisma you may want to browse.

Mysterious Stranger is always fun on low damage VATS builds.

Stamps are ridiculously easy to get. Do a few runs everyday and get like what 20 a run and in no time you will have the auto axe. Atlantic City are pretty quick.

Firebreathers would use Scorched Killer receivers. You can buy the mod boxes from the fire station.

I'd opt to fight fire with fire; it's fantastically absurd (and flamers are fun).

If you're dead-set on cold, for long-range I'd use a Bow with cold arrows and use a Cryolator for mobs and pesky would-be PvPers.

I learned some of them already. I have an idea I'd want to try but I need to get rank 2 gunsmith first.
