Vendors. Just a suggestion.
Sometimes you have a lot of things to look at and perhaps compare with what you already have so you spend more than the ordinary amount of time trying to decide on a purchase. Or, maybe you are the owner of the vendor and you're adding a lot of things or are changing a lot of prices on things that aren't selling. However, if you only have one vendor you may be losing sales because of the delay experienced by potential buyers waiting for the vendor to be available. When vendors changed so that only one was needed (instead of the previous four) most everyone consolidated to the one vendor. Over time more people have added back at least one more to alleviate the waiting for potential customers because, lets face it, people will leave if they've stood around a minute or longer not knowing how much longer they'll have to wait. As an example, I stood and waited two minutes or more twice today at occupied single vendor locations. Busy? AFK? No way to know. By the time I was able to go back they were gone. So, for those of you with just one vendor, do yourself a favor and put in at least one more.

I agree with you Percello. I've spent much time looking for some vendors. Especially the bronze cash register in a darkened room with nothing pointing to it or no light near it and surrounded by junk and plants. Maybe it's a purposeful hide and seek game.

I hate getting lost in people's junk piles also. That's why I chose a roadside stop as the theme for my camp. Vending units are well lit and line the road. Everything is out in the open and accessible. Absolutely love the location. It's right next to 5 firecap spawns, 5 starlight berry spawns, 5 bee hives, 1 critter (deer/rabbit/chicken etc) spawn, 1 npc woodchopper, and a house that sometimes spawns a bobblehead. NPCs also wander highway 59 and I get traveling merchants stopping by often.

Did I mention the spacious ergonomic landscape?

The game needs to add a blinking blue light to finish off your store (Blue Light Special)

I tried using strobes but they ended up bothering me more than the customers lol

When you look at it from overhead. Imagine a camp based on a single oak tree and it spiraling outward from there. Everything stays accessible, forward facing, and well lit.

Looks pretty unique/cool. Usually open camps seem messy to me but yours flows nice.

Thankyou very much. :ss13ok:

Since the game keeps giving me dailies for the underground shelter I decided to turn that part of the camp into a gallery / lounge. (work in progress) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3151328007

Added clean toilets and more lighting tonight but still having trouble securing a liquor license. The ozarks love their dry counties. :VGRUMPY:
