If it's only happened after the update, well there's nothing to worry about, it's part of the update fun haha...
The game always get messed up ( for a relatively short period ) in a way or an other, this time it's performances, but it could be any mechanics, ...

its obligatory for me to say that i use the Fallout76custom.ini to low some graphics details, but not too much to make the textures mess like that :(

I also have this happening in some locations, and this problem has been going on for several years, most likely this is a weird quirk of the game engine.

Did you change something on the graphic config or in the .ini files? or you have a decent pc? because i was thinking it was that :c

The Hall of Mirrors effect is a feature. It has to be. It's been in the game over a year, otherwise they'd've removed it, right? ...Right?

this has been in the game atleast since i started playing which was like 1 year after release, visual artifacts in the distant trees in some areas, in my case, never right infront of me tho

Once I changed the shadow settings in the game files, trying to improve them, but I didn't touch anything else. I don't have the top-end PC, but it's quite enough for this game (RTX 2080 & i7 12700k & 32 GB DDR5 RAM).

well its seems that there is no solution, but i will wait until some one comes to share some news, maybe one day we can fix it, or and update will do it.
