Best place to find level 3 terminals?

Trying to complete the darned tadpole scouts mission. The Easiest ones seem to be Athelete (Done), Archery (Done) and . . . cryptology (Pass exam, hack three of each terminal level.) I've got all three levels of hacker perk cards (not slotted all the time, obviously) and I've hacked all but the level three terminals. I've found 1 in Sam Blackwell's bunker, but where can I find some others so I can finally get m'darned backpack?

You can let a friend craft a terminal with a lvl 3 lock. Not sure but i think the prison have a lvl 3 terminal inside, or maybe it was lvl 2.

Mostly the Nuclear launch site Charlie/Alpha/Bravo. This is hack and robot paradise if you can get inside.
And Dirk is right, in the Eastern Regional Penitentiary you need to hack a level 3 terminal to access the infirmary.
