How to get to an area where the enemies are the same level as you?
Im sort of new to the game and i dont know if the enemies' level scale to your level or there are some areas that are more difficult than others or both mechanics take place at the same time but i dont know how to get to a proper area for my current level (im at 30). Also, i dont think i cant complete some of the quests im doing right now because the enemies have higher levels. I wanted to complete the Mistery woman and Key to the past quests but i cant so are there more areas i should explore that can give me low level quests? I already did the ones that teach you the mechanics of the game and the ones from the airport near vault 76 and Fort Mclintock

if ur above 30 go to ash heap or eastern part of map. if u want the game to be 100% scaled to you only in those areas, open a private server

As I understand the mechanics of spawning mobs, it's scaled to the player that spawned them. So if the old mob was killed and the next player to approach the area is lvl120, the enemies will be harder than say if a lvl 30 activated them.

So basically private servers as better in a way.

Private servers are the "Fallout 1st" thing you might of heard of. Basically twelve bucks a month and you get a private instance of the world. Should be the center panel on the world select menu, Nuclear winter is on the right, open world on the left.

Level fifty was the original end game.......you are basically expected to stack defense perks on top of power armor for the last quests.

I would recommend getting yourself a full set of power armor from Miner Miracles, investing in stagger/cripple perks, and a decent legendary weapon.....just as a basic kit.
So is the suscription to fallout 1st the only way to get a private server?

yes.....well sort of.....you can make friends with a 1st subscriber and play in their world if they are on.

It's honestly not as much help as they are making it out to be however. All of the end game quests have bosses and mini bosses that scale to your level, so even if you are totally alone in your own world you are going to hit a wall. Basically every chain quest in the center or right hand side of the map is end game content that is meant to be challenging. 1st is just meant for playing with friends and farming resources.

By level thirty just as advice Blocker, Enforcer, and be aiming for White Knight, or a full set of power armor in inventory to tank mini bosses and bosses.

Blocker, Enforcer, and White Knight is basically THE non-power armor combo.

try google and fallout 76 enemy level maps. it will give you an overview of what to expect in various areas. now currently in the game if a higher level player rolls thru one of the areas where mid to high level enemies can spawn youll see the higher end of the enemy levels.
it is changing in the nearish future. and there is a LOT of speculation around about how it will work but no official details about it beyond the descriptive posts they have made.

that being said the forest area where the vault is basically centered? thats the lower level "safe" area to grind and explore and adventure around the roads and rivers... youll find yourself getting gears meeting other npcs maybe an ally or two and discover places that have great stocks of items you can use to craft better things as youll be leveling up exploring and discovering locations killing npcs etc.

mmo rpg type games do usually have those "level walls" where you just get your but kicked until you get better gear and level up a bit, not really a hard thing to climb over just grind a few levels and the gear levels available becoem better quality.

events and repeatable quests that pop up as you enter an area are good ways to gain a lot fo stuff just normal exploring may not offer ... public events where other players come and might be higher level and can tank the mobs while you tag them one or two times are also excellent wyas to level. have fun!
Thanks for all the comments!!
