Wasted on alcohol? Daily - Multi daily - Bugged?

So did

~ 8pm Yesterday - Wasted on Alcohol - Black Water Brew
~ 4pm Today ----- Wasted on Alcohol - High voltage Hefe
~ 7pm Today ----- Wasted on Alcohol - Old Possum

From the wiki black water and old possum should be under tipsy taste-test. High voltage hefe was correct under wasted on alcohol

The quest is wasted on, and completes on giving him the booze

Is it one or the other? I can't seem to get both

Doesn't pop up as a quest until I spam chat with him for a while too

Biv is a pain in the ass. The Wasted On dailies are completely random. It took me almost two months to get the Nuka Dark recipe.

The quest is also one of those daily quests that gets all weird because you swapped servers. You are supposed to only be able to do it once a day, but somehow like Thrill of the Grill, Stings and Things, Chloe's dailies, etc they seem to reset swapping servers and sometimes without even swapping a server.

Tried server hopping already, no real luck... was wondering if it was once per server but then I tried buddies privates and nadda

You can actually find a server or two out there where the Nuakshine is closed with a message about it being future content. I have seen it with the Burrows as well.

Yeah, unfortunately that is one of the few recipes you do not recipe a tradable recipe. You learn it when the quest pops.

The other duplicate recipes sell pretty good at a couple hundred caps each.

Oh and FYI if you want to craft a bunch of alcohol in large quantities just go out to Sylvia farm near the workshop farm and pick all the corn and razorgrain you could need. You can also grab dirty water while there.

Yeah my base is kitted no worries on finding stuff

Found out your base terminal will tell you, its once a day for one of his quests... so 6.5% chance of getting what I want... yay
