Hidden attribute, you can reroll the rest of it, also it doesn't get nerfed by range like the regular.
Oh my bad I didn't even realize you could re-roll the modifiers on Holy Fire... thanks for teaching me that lol
Bethesda (or possibly Double 11) stuffed up and attached the unique effects to the skin. Changing the skin would make them the same as other weapons.
Edit : Although you can still apply skins to some cursed weapons like the cursed rolling pin, sickle and broadsider. So why not change that?
