Possum challenges, plasma grenade

Does anyone happen to have a plasma grenade plan for sale?
Trying to complete all badges but cant seem to find a plasma grenade plan anywhere :/

Has a low chance to be awarded from Supplying Demands, if the optional task to search for sunken valuables is completed.
Has a 4.55% chance to be awarded upon completion of Missing Persons.
Has a very low chance to be awarded for completing daily/repeatable quests and events in the Ash Heap.

That is probably the one challenge most people have not done, the odds of those dropping are worse than shielded casual under armor. They honestly should change the number of requirements needed for that badge so those plans would not be a must, and turn it into more of a bonus.

Yeah no, ive checked that, but "low chance" and "4.55%" is ridicilously low and doesnt seem to drop whenever i do any of those, hence why im asking for plans to buy on here :P

I had the plan drop three times with different characters. (All plans were learned or sold)

2x on the Supplying Demands quest
1x on the Test Your Metal event. I'm sure the drop rate for this event is 0.01%. This dropped for me within the last three months, unless something changed I would play this event whenever you see it.
