Does any npc vendor sell fiber optics?

Hardly ever see Vendors or players sell any. Hard Item to come by and build up in a stash. After awhile you will learn the place's and area's to find it. Turrets carry them sometimes (gotta shoot them) are really around more than most people know. Microscopes are the best. Schools, labs and the church in flatwoods. WhiteSprings in the new Responder Med bays (2) you can find up to 4 microscopes.

Search for areas and events that spawn fog crawlers.

Just grab a few microscopes. Either Ella's bunker or the Whitespring Refuge are good sources. Ella's bunker has a ton of Microscopes, but the Whitespring is a private instance and 3 will always be there.
