after that? whatever you want. im amassing items that are normally untradable like SS armor parts from various drops to save inc my rl friends ever need a quick boost.
ive slowly amassed excav , union and hellcat with at least 4 parts with weapon weight and variouos other mods.
ofc i worked on unlocking craftables , some cellectrons.etc.
now its placing cores in donations stations. max weight limit means i can have dozens of guns but legendary cores and other stuff will fill it up soonish. canceling F1st made me less of a hoarder and broouht back the backpack game.what to sell, what to buy with the caps.
inbetween im collecting any thing fuzzy themed bc his acolyte at camden park at the entrance converted me to his awesomeness.
new useful camp items are always welcome and i bought an extra camp slot.
the extra perk loadout slot was a disaster .
nowadays i can loadin , do dailies and then whatever i feel like b4 doing the same in my other games.
afaik f76 is nice to main or secondary. only the scoreboard unlocks are fomo atm.
If you ask all the long term players what keeps them motivated you'll get almost a different answer from each.
Some will hunt rare items in the world, some will hunt other players, some hunt for the perfect gear, some hunt for items to sell, and others hunt for the perfect camp or a mix of all these and more.
The endgame loop is all about personal motivation. You choose what you do. The game itself isn't so difficult or complex like a true MMO (this is a MOG) that staying up to date with the current tier of gear is necessary. A new player isn't so far behind a beta player.
So in a way... there is no loop (aside from scoreboard challenges). What you do log in to log in is entirely up to you, nothing is forced as it's all optional.
It's a MMO. You have to make your own fun after the short campaign is finished. Explore the map. Grind for the best loot. Complete the scoreboard for the best camp items.
