I have 6k weight of junk on me but cant transfer to camp?
Hey guys just started playing this after a looong time. On launch weeks there was a bug with infinite carry weight so I hoarded big time and stopped playing later on. Now im trying to put some of that crap into my camp but it says im at my weight limit and cant transfer items. How do I get rid of it then?

You could ask another play to transfer loot across if not u have to sell it or drop it forever. Unless u pay Fallout 1st to store unlimited junk

you only need 150 of each resource so don't bother storing all those junk in your stash.

You can't also use them as building material because there's also a budget limit on your C.A.M.P.

If you really dont want to make them to waste, I suggest bulking all resource (in tinker worshop >> Bulk)
and sell them on npc vendors but they also have a 1400 caps limit per day so might take a few weeks.

Also Don't bother bulking steel and wood, npc vendors won't buy it from you. Just throw them away

just move your camp to you, it'll blueprint it and you can move it back when you are done.

Oh, you missed something while you were away. To specifically target those using mule characters as infinite stash, developers added a rule which allows character to carry only 1500 + Normal Carry Weight of the character. If character goes over weight they must destroy some items until they go under the limit.

That's how it is. You can get infinite storage box for crafting materials but that's part of the subscription.

1. Make a mule character 2. add someone you trust 3. Join that persons game with the crap you have 4. Dump all the crap into a container 5. Leave and join friends session again with mule and pocket what you can

I'll give you 400 caps for the lead and 1000 caps for the ballistic fiber.

If you have 6k of wood and steel and other useless crap, there's the door and mind your butt as you leave.

Wood Steel and other things isnt worth it for the most part
Ballistic Fiber is good
Lead is good
Adhesive can be good
Plastic is decent to make things into f-in Bulk

but there comes a point where you just gotta let stuff go
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hording is just more problematic then ♥♥♥♥♥♥ worth it

Example
Wood is pretty much used for base building same with Steel and such. Once you have a base keep a little for minor repairs or minor updates or something like that but
if you have 6k Wood? Drop 99% of it, Its useless junk.

All I want and need is lead and fibers. The rest he can do with as he wants.
