I noticed the same issue only when I unlocked my framerate to go above 60fps.
Did you unlock your framerate? I'm curious if doing so may be related.
Fast travel hasn't been an issue for me. When I unlocked the framerate, sometimes entering interiors of buildings would be weird where if I didn't immediately move, I was stuck in place.
Trying to move would just show my character standing still, while running would have my character running in place. The only way to get moving again would be to run and then aim down sight, but the second I stopped, I would be stuck again.
It was only after locking the framerate again that the issue wouldn't occur, so I'm thinking in some circumstances that unlocking the framerate may be causing a movement issue.
Yeah I was hitting sometimes between 250-300 and loading screens were 2500+. I mean, I have a GTX 1080, but isn't that a little absurd of a framerate with 1080p ultra?
Either way, not to hijack the thread, though this may be helpful for the OP: is there a specific way to frame limit FO76 so it won't go over say 120-140fps?
Did it with Nvidia Control settings.
