How to move tent (fallout 1st)

So before i laid down my C.A.M.P. I put down a tent (survival). And i was able to move the tent. But once i put down the camp; i cant move the tent (is this normal??)

I don't have problems moving my tent even with a set CAMP. Just open your favorites (press F) and then press T to place your tent. You can't place it near buildings or structures, just walk a bit til it turns green.

Okay thanks that worked (hitting letter F)

Beforehand I just opened my Pipboy and saw I can use Tent, prior to setting up the C.A.M.P.
