uhm vendors have no caps.
So the vendors have no caps. how the hell do i make money then? if i cant sell stuff i picked up

Vendors caps reset daily based on when you first accessed them. They have 1400 caps a day.

that is just stupid how can i buy a 3000 caps blueprint then. if people are just farming all the caps

player vendors when they work again, otherwise open map and hop from event to event, public events pay the most, also do all your dailies, you'll get tons of caps.

Also if you are buying and selling items to a NPC vendor use the perk hard bargain Under charisma

The 1400 cap per day is personal to you. Not for everyone on the server.
