there a lot of quirks in the build system. like no interior walls do er have to eallpaper one side of a wall but have an odd wall every so often with none showing to the public ewww.
but gettign those walls to flip the right way .. its fiddly have to stand at the right angle and look down and away and then the wall will orientate itself the correct way with the framing facing IN.
many placement issues where you pick up and item try to put it somewhere else it stays red says obstructed cant place. youy clearly see there is no such obstruction yet red outline cant pu tguitar chair there. but if you move the chair to a place it can be placed then move it again to where you intended it chances are the second tiem it places no prob...
i knwo you use the one foundation block to elevate your base so as to avoid the blue print terrain bug. but have you tried to remove some decorations and try placing just a single foundation block then the blueprint connected to that instead.
on a personal note, i rebuild my camp when this happens i scrap everything and rebuild.
good luck its not just you that has this "bug"
it allways happend to me when i wanted to save a base as blueprint that had more items on it than it could save as blueprint, resulting for objects to "float". a missing wall or a cable that goes to nowhere because the item it connected to did not get saved because of the blueprint limit...
