Is "Jangles got lost at the fair - find him!" quest timed?
"Jangles got lost at the fair - find him!" quest appeared and had no timer, so I went doing other things and when I came back to it there was no quest anymore. It is "miscellaneous quest", so not an event. Does it reappear?

Oh year, it reappeard as soon as I enter this place, not near it. Strange, I thought quests are always visible.

Miscellaneous quests are strange, why not calling them "side quests"
