Whoever decided that collecting these for a daily/weekly needs to be beaten with one as these are near impossible to get due to a finite amount per world and everyone going after them. I know I can reroll but I don't have any nor any atoms right now.

Just a bad decision overall.

You are incorrect. Once you 'know' how to find things, those things will always be there. If not on one Game World, hop to another.

Change worlds then goto the fair ground top left, find the bears. How exactly is that hard?

I found them without even trying. I was doing the Main Quest where you need to set up the Scorched detectors in the swamp and both bunkers had some Teddy Bears in them. Also, there's that dog house near the Wood Mill buy Vault 76 that always has 2 in it. I found it while doing the meat gathering daily mission for the Responders in the mill.

im always going north east of knife edge there is a house ruin and on the second floor are 11 teddy-bears, best spot
