Daily Scrip Limit Raised? Also sale from the Vendor?

At the Rusty pick - Is this new pricing or have I just not paid attention this whole time to both the limit and prices of the random 1-3 star legendary weapons, armors and melee weapons.

We can have:

Double score weekends
Double XP Weekends
Double Scrip weekends (twice as much scrip in the machines. you don't get twice as much per item).
Double Cap Weekends (vendors have twice as many caps to buy things from you).
Double Gold Weekends (bullion machines have twice as much bullion to sell you).

Sometimes things get doubled up. Like we just had double score and double xp. That was glorious.
