Some people like the blasted thing, I think it's a huge pain in the rear to use (a waste of time)
You need your ultracite and flux for prime ammo.
I'm not too fond of it as well, but I do still build it on the camp from time to time and drop the ammo in front. I mean if someone out there wants to know if it's worth buying, this gives them the option to see for themselves.
Contextual Ammo drops more cannonballs than you'd expect and they worth a decent amount of points.
Points are weightless and explosive ammo is heavy.
For everyone else? Pointless. You waste more time dealing with the whole thing; you'd find more ammo in the world than you'd earn dealing with carrying ammo and feeding it through the machine.
And with FO1st, you can pile it up in your ammobox, then just do maximum turn ins.
