Ammo Converter
Does the ammo converter create Prime ammo? My .50 cal is prime and therefore uses Ultracite .50 ammo. The chart on https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Ammo_Converter does not mention prime-based ammo.

No, it will not create Prime ammo or fusion cores

Some people like the blasted thing, I think it's a huge pain in the rear to use (a waste of time)

Prime is from tinkerer's bench, the ammo converter is for turning all the crap you don't use into flamethrower fuel.

You need your ultracite and flux for prime ammo.

I wish, but makes sense as to why you can not. All because of two ingredients. it would be borderline cheating.

I'm not too fond of it as well, but I do still build it on the camp from time to time and drop the ammo in front. I mean if someone out there wants to know if it's worth buying, this gives them the option to see for themselves.

It's great for Explosive users.

Contextual Ammo drops more cannonballs than you'd expect and they worth a decent amount of points.

Points are weightless and explosive ammo is heavy.

For everyone else? Pointless. You waste more time dealing with the whole thing; you'd find more ammo in the world than you'd earn dealing with carrying ammo and feeding it through the machine.

Really depends on your build. If you're pissing thru ammo, then you'll be grateful for the extra and you can always exchange it for ammo that sells better. It just boils down to how much you're willing to put into it.

And with FO1st, you can pile it up in your ammobox, then just do maximum turn ins.
