Well it annoyed me enough for me to log. Not sure if I'll be back. I've realized certain people flock together in certain games. So I'm barking up a tree of people who prefer to live like this, there's no win for me.

Sorry but many of us have been with the game when it was on the bethesda launcher only since the open beta, many of us have set up shop in the forest region for various reasons. I myself have my camp setup next to the wayward as I bulk scrap together and throw it in my vending machine, my purpose is to sell to the low level players while giving what I dont want away. I literally just dropped 600 rounds of shotgun ammunition, and some high level weapons into the bin at the wayward for anyone to take.

The second benefit to me is that during the halloween/holiday scorch I can go north and hit the scorch infested zones to the airport quickly and easily to farm drops.

There are no more "newb zones". They added dynamic scaling a long time ago and made all the enemies scale to your level. Best suggestion is to see if you can join a public team, that way you can still get partial credit for kills from people on your team (within range) and don't lose out.

Correct, the forest region used to be the low level zone many years ago, it also used to be an entirely nuke safe zone but the norther part of the forest region you can nuke now as well.

Dynamic scaling I hate still in some ways all it does is make some enemies bullet sponges while giving you minimal reward. I do have a few guns I used to use like the sniper rifle but its totally useless since then but I just cant bring myself to scrap the .50 cal sniper rifle Ive had since year one even if I dont use it anymore. If they could increase our camp budget or give us interior walls so I can free up some camp budget I would like to throw that rifle up on the wall for display.

You can literally hit level 100 in a few hours of play if you know what you're doing. So levels don't always mean they've got a lot of time in the game. You can make 5 characters per account, so I did just that myself.

As for newb zones? Considering the limited inventory space, unless you pay for Fo1st, you'll never really store a lot of junk, which means when you need it, you'll be hunting for it no matter your level. So there is plenty of reasons to return to all areas of the game and there really isn't any areas that are "newb only".

Trick is if you do First, get it for just one month then loot everything you possibly can throw it in the scrap box and then only get First again when you get low on supplies. Ive been working on scrap I got some 8 months ago throw in the scrap box and I am still no where near ready to get first again to refill that box up. With how boring the game is now for those of us that has been here since the beginning, you dont use much supply. Why I am looking forward to the map expansion to the south that they are to be doing, I hope they make the map expansion to the south quite a bit and not some bs the size of an expedition map that is a total waste of time.

Since you joined on a 2x exp weekend, hit up the public events and toss out all those grenades you've probably got in your inventory. You don't have to kill the mobs at events to get full exp credit, just need to do a few points of damage and let the higher level folks mob them up for you.

Tesla Rifle makes for easy tagging at Radiation Rumble with some lunchboxes (usually other people open them so you don't even have to use any yourself) is also an excellent source of EXP.

Radiation rumble is great, I personally use my .50 cal machinegun to tag multiple enemies as well as stagger/knock back on them which gives others the chance to tag them as well to get some loot. The Tesla Rifle is a great idea I tried it but it just didnt work fast enough, I can tag more enemies in a shorter period of time with the .50 cal.

On the lunch box I tend to open some 4 of them every radiation rumble as well as the scout banners, they give those things away in the choreboard like crazy so I am drowning in them.

Not many new locations added to the forest zone, nor missions seems all I was able to find was the lumber yard being used as a hub now and the cultists moved under ground with the new locations being cave entrances. I hit that up the first day and did the gather idols quest twice and never did it again, I strive for new story content not bs filler content like this. Why I only log into the game long enough to do the dailies/weeklies for the choreboard and once the choreboard is done I am out till the next season.

I just logged when there was 3 level 300-500s in PA that completed the Fertile Soil event in about 20 seconds and then both did thumbs up to me.

Like bro, you did not do me a favor in anyway.

You still get rewards and xp for the completion of the event, the way you speak is as if you got nothing in return.

Most of the time, due to the christmas event they're farming scorched spawns, those ones that "helped" you with the mini event were likely just bored and doing something a bit different for a bit, probably thought they were really helping out to boot, as there aren't any event rewards for killing robots.

Anywhere you find scorched there'll be players around somewhere waiting on the legendary spawns.

Christmas and halloween, we farm the dwindling scorch spawn zones for those specials. I spend my time wandering from the wayward north through the train depot to the airport farming scorch before heading back south to my home next to the wayward.

Just did a Collision Course where I had to cripple legs so the the 2 lower levels there could tag. Not all of us higher level folks are unaware mowing everything down as fast as possible isn't helping.

The Theme Park has 3 daily quests for tokens that are needed to buy a costume and head piece, it's a pain to get enough tokens, having multiple people pool tokens or using multiple accounts is rather common for there.

Correct, I have been at Collision Course as well where I just tag the holiday scorch and then move on to tagging the others with my .50 cal. Even if someone else is high level I still let them get a tag in so they can get some loot as well. I dont care about who gets the kill or not. Some times how ever I get a lucky hit and its a one hit kill with my load out. Same with my plasma caster, it one hit kills standard ghouls but with the scorch some times it can one hit kill them as well which is why I dont use it in events like that.

Well then, I strongly suggest you uninstall FO76 and request a refund then. It is obvious you want to b|tch and moan about others playing a game that they have been playing since the open beta and want to act like you are just too good to have "mercy shots"/"mercy kills". I think it would be best for you and everyone in the community that you just do this because the community in game is fun and friendly and you are quite literally getting upset over this friendly fun nature of the in game community by being toxic af with your posting here. God I hate to see how toxic you are in game.

Yes he is, for such a game as this that has such a friendly fun community in game it is quite sad that he is being so toxic over people being friendly/fun by letting him get some xp and loot by tagging the enemy even though hes crying in his initial post about how us high level players are in the forest region oblivious to the fact that many of us have been in game since the open beta and now setup shop in the forest region to sell supplies to low level characters to help them out. Im sure he would b|tch and moan about the fact that I use my perk cards that doubles up my crafting and throwing some of the overstock from crafting into my vending machine to help new players such as himself by having my camp next to the Wayward.

Again, this is an old game, many of us have been in game since the open beta, it is not our fault that we have leveled up to the point that we get easy kills, we try to be nice by letting low level characters such as yourself to get tags in but what do you do? I am not built to 1 shot, but after a few mobs and doing head shots, things do start dropping faster. I purposely try to slow down so that other people can get loot and experience to get over the low level feeling of being too weak to do content.

You come off as if everyone else in the world is in your way or should be playing how you want them to, and if they don't they are super try hards and unworthy of your time. Correct, guy doesnt even understand that being able to tag gets you something in return, just like he cried about how people bum rushed the fertile soil event and got it done before he could apparently do anything then complain about it when they gave him a thumbs up like they helped him and he doesnt feel helped. Even though he got XP and a stash of rewards for the event being completed. Hell there have been times I passed close to an event that others were doing and they finished it with me in the CoE and I got xp and loot for it just by passing by.

Personally with how he is responding he comes off toxic as hell and I strongly feel he should uninstall the game and refund it. The in game community is way too friendly/nice/fun for the likes of someone that try hard and that toxic.

First would be another option and just play in a private world, I have done that when I need to get hard to find kills for the daily/weekly such as killing mirelurks. When that one is active for everyone as a daily everywhere you go is just slaughered mirelurks lol.

News flash, the world doesnt revolve around you, we do not play this game in accordance to not annoy you. If you dont like the friendly fun community in game then maybe CoD is more to your style with all the racist slurs and sh|t talking that takes place in game, maybe you will feel more at home playing something like that.

As far as not being back, that is your choice, those of us that have been with this game since the open beta such as myself, we play the game our way and we do our own thing leaving other people to do their own thing as well. If that is too annoying for you then dont let the door hit you on your way out cause we wont lose sleep over it, you are the one entering a world that we have created through our gameplay styles that bred this friendly in game community.
