(For those that don't know what this holiday rambling is, it's about the ABK/Microsoft merger and the U.K. regulations. MS made an agreement with Epic for cloud services to appease the regulators. Free FO...Three from Epic is probably part of that deal, a small morsel to satisfy the hunger.)
Still, if someone missed out on it back then it's a no brainer to get, especially for free.
OR... they gave it away last xmas too and it's not exactly expensive to do.
Don't support other game stores except GOG.
As far a going back to Fallout 3...I haven't played in years. I'll look at what mods are available to improve the graphics.
Reality check seems in order.
Though these days if it's available on both Steam & GOG, I buy on GOG.
Edit: Don't feel bad for Valve, I have over 1,000 games in the old Steam library.
Just a random collection.
But yea, they gave away fallout 3 last year so already had it.
