Is there a 'fast travel spot' mat or something like in Fallout 4?
I keep fast travel spawning into a vehicle in my CAMP lol I can get out, but it's odd and a bit far away...

In Fallout 4 there was a mat/spot you could place and that was where you spawned into your Towns - is there anything like that in 76 that I could put down to land on, when Fast Travelling in to CAMP?

Thanks

Yes it was removed as people were using it to enter the dev room, maliciously place players entering their base etc

You CAN still use it for workshops

Try moving your C.A.M.P. around your camp. Fast travel away to at the least 2 spots then fast travel to camp. There are videos on youtube about this

There's not. I think there were but they got removed because of an exploit or something? Before my time, anyway.

Anyway, the spawn location is a small-ish arc determined by where the camp unit is placed. Try moving it around to spawn in a better location. There are videos covering the topic online, but they all seem to be not be quite right. I'd just use trial and error to reposition the unit.

Workshops still have fast travel maps, but camps never have had them.

We did have them at the start but players where setting up traps with them so they got removed l

Unfortunately those mats are bad for a multiplayer game with traps. They would be used to bait people.

This right here. Trap Camps here the reason we do not have them for camps. But they are available for Workshops, under Misc Structures.

Move your camp item itself without moving your CAMP.

Unless something has changed with the last update your first spawn at camp will almost always be the same place; second warp will be random or another spot (haven't checked if those are fixed-spot or not)

I don’t care if visitors land on the FT mat, but I would love it if I could at least set my own personal spawn location. Without having to play camp device roulette.

I agree with that.

You can move your CAMP module to set roughly where a visitor will spawn. Here is a video which describes it, but the short version is the landing spot will be 6 foundation-block-widths north and 1 to 1.5 block-widths east of where you place the module.
