Ground pounder perk only for auto's ?

The perk "Ground Pounder" - 'your rifles reload 30% faster and have excellent hip fire accuracy'. Just wondering is this perk any good for non-automatic rifles as well?

Can't seem to find much info on this.

if it isnt specific, it applies to all types of that weapon, like tank killer applies to both types of pistol and rifles (auto and semi)

I was just wondering. Only started playing fallout 76 again after 4 years. Not 100% sure what has changed or not since.

The wording used to say it was for automatics, yet it worked for any rifle... In one of the latest updates the wording was changed to indicate it works for any rifle.
