Yes. I have tried briefly trying public events to revive someone. Hasn't worked out as of yet

For that one, if you can, try to make a friend who will purposely down themselves for you. Really the only event I see people going down on is Eviction Notice, and that's a no-revive situation.

If you get to pull that off, great, but I find the Entamologist, mammalogist and herpetologist badges easier.

Just to be clear, I'm specifically talking about reviving someone in water for the swimmer challenge. Athlete and Archer are both also really easy to accomplish. Any combination of those 5 should be relatively easy.

Yes, it's right there, in the red box at the end of the mission, you'll see it.

Don't forget to work on pioneer scout tadpole challenges & exams to get a first backpack upgrade at +60 carry. There is probably larger ones after that with possum challenges & exams too.
